Vita Coco is a leader in coconut water and a growing global brand sold in 30 countries. Their purpose is to eat, drink and live well.

The challenge

Vita Coco wanted to help every single employee during what was a challenging time for the business, where employees were feeling the pressure. “I know that we ask a hell of a lot out of our staff and a lot of businesses don’t give their people the toolkits to perform to the level expected. I wanted to give them this – life skills, not just in the Vita Coco workplace, but for when they’re back home too”.

LiveSmart was transformational. I was captivated by the outputs – whether it was about exercise, general health and wellness or nutrition. We built a health and wellbeing programme about the outcomes of the LiveSmart assessment.
