Freeths is a full service law firm with multiple offices across the UK, who have a wide range of legal expertise.

As a busy law firm, this client needed a health offering to support their Associates in their busy lifestyle.

The challenge

Freeths needed a health solution that achieved high engagement and employee satisfaction, whilst also fitting into their employees’ busy lifestyles.

The solution

We had an initial meeting with the client to discover what mattered to them and understand how LiveSmart could make a real impact.

We then created a tailored delivery plan and provided the client with marketing materials. We organised on-site collections for ease and convenience - all employees had to do was take 10 minutes out of their working day to attend their blood appointment.

Employees received a comprehensive insight into their mental health, physical health, nutrition and exercise from our Enhance health assessment. After a successful rollout we have now delivered LiveSmart for 4 years. Each year our clinical and organisational health experts have provided reporting and analytics that measure LiveSmart's impact.
